An airline passenger died in the restroom during a flight and wasn't found until the cleaning crew boarded the plane after it landed, a federal lawsuit contends.
The passenger, Taisuke Matsuo, 66, apparently had a heart attack on an American Airlines flight from Tokyo to Chicago during the first leg of a trip home to Indianapolis, according to the lawsuit filed Monday by his wife, Carolyn D. Watts.
The lawsuit accuses American Airlines of negligence and seeks damages of about $150,000.
After the plane landed at Chicago O'Hare International Airport on April 13, 2005, passengers and flight crew disembarked and the jet was taken to another gate for cleaning. Workers then discovered the bathroom was locked from the inside and found Matsuo's body — about two hours after the jet landed.

It's all fun and games til Barbaro needs Valtrex I am starting to question some of my friends in regard to some of the horse-faced broads they have hooked up with while drunk...may have actually been a horse.
A strain of equine herpes has infected 132 racehorses in Hong Kong, host of equestrian events at the 2008 Olympics, the South China Morning Post has reported.
Equestrian events were switched from host city Beijing to Hong Kong because of difficulties in establishing a disease-free zone in mainland China and this outbreak is certain to raise concerns about the suitability of Hong Kong.
For now, containment measures at the Hong Kong Jockey Club in Shatin in the New Territories appeared to be working and there was no obvious threat of the outbreak worsening, the newspaper quoted Brian Stewart, head of veterinary regulation and international liaison, as saying.

Call it "A Nightmare on Bulwer Road."
A British man, Jason Moore, could spend the rest of his life in the clink for attacking his friend John-Paul Skamarski with a knife-equipped glove -- much like the one Freddy Krueger used to snag his prey in the "Nightmare on Elm Street" horror flicks. Moore and Skamarski, according to the British press, drank four liters of cider at Moore's house on Bulwer Road in Leicester, England, when Skamarski decided to take a sleeping pill and crash.
The next thing Skamarski knew, Moore was slashing at his face with a bladed glove and a ten-inch bread knife, wherein a struggle ensued. Skamarski suffered cuts to his face, hand, and a stab wound in his chest.
